Otley Vehicle Extravaganza Sept 8th - Notford Nook Farm Poole Road, Otley

Setting off from Steeton Hall 0900hrs to 0930hrs.

The house i's a fine old Elizabethan Manor in extensive grounds (they hold Classic Car shows there at certain times of the year) Our visit, on September 15th, coincides with a monthly Farmer's Market, selling local crafts and produce etc..

There is plenty of free parking, a good Cafe and the entry to the gardens is only £2.

If you have the time, a visit and Guided Tour of the House is recommended (£10 Adults, £8.10 only for concessions  - lasts approx 1 1/2 hrs  and this takes place hourly from 11 am. It's bookable on the day, or if you prefer, on-line).

Distance from Steeton Hall to Hoghton Tower is 45 miles approx. or  1 1/2 hrs journey time plus coffee stop..

No need to book in for this Run - just turn up on the day. If you don't want to or can't use your Classic, that's fine - just come in your ordinary car!

Stardom at last..........The Silver Screen is calling for your car

We have been approached by a film company looking for a late 1920s or 1930s car which would have been the chosen car for a dales vet. (Think all creatures great and small) maybe a long term commitment. It must have a clear windscreen with no central divider, you must be prepared to allow cameras to be fitted, possibly removing seats ,not Austin 7 as they already have one, maybe Austin 10 or similar. From experience you will get paid and the food is usually fantastic. If you are interested give Chris Bryant or Tony Anderton a call and we will pass on your interest.
